Atlanta-born Michael Wagner began as a studio session guitarist but then found his true passion as a DJ and producer. His eclectic taste, unbridled energy, and ability to read the crowd has made him a sought-after DJ in the nightlife scene in California, Indiana, Arizona, Florida, and Nevada.
Michael’s experiences have shaped his artistry and his primary goal in life is to bring joy to others through music. His motto, as inked on his arm, is "Music Heals."
Michael takes inspiration from a wide variety of musical genres, bringing together inspiration from house, techno, melodic sounds, with an injection of rock-n-roll catering to his audience. When not performing and producing solo, Michael collaborates with other DJs, Producers, and Singers in the industry. He is also currently working on original music as a solo artist as well.
Michael’s most recent collaboration, spending two months in Argentina producing, was DFILA (Disco Freaks In LA, @dfilamusic). An international up-and-coming DJ/Producer Duo comprised of German-Italian Producer/DJ/Guitarist Michael Wagner (@officialmichaelwagner) and Argentine-Armenian Producer/ Singer-Songwriter Niko SMB (@nickyxros) & best known for their release collaboration with The Connect by Repopulate Mars. They have secured their next two upcoming releases “Lean Back” and “Wastin Time” with Deadmau5's label, Hau5trap.
DFILA's first collaborative release with The Connect, was single entitled “WET (2C)”, distributed by Repopulate Mars under the guidance of Lee Foss. It has quickly garnered support from major DJs like SIDEPIECE and others, catapulting DFILA into the spotlight as duo-artists to watch. The multi-talented duo come from a diverse and extensive musical background that provided them with the tools necessary to carve out a unique place for themselves in today’s music industry with their trailblazing sounds.

Although not in his House Tech genre, showing his versatility and collaborative producing skills, Michael collaborated with DJ Fredy Muks and singer/songwriter True Rylan releasing a Pop/Trap song “A Libra Minus Balance” in 2022.
